She contacted the financial person and I completed the transaction. and went to get my 2 series. Haley was waiting for me and she introduced me to the person who was going to show me everything about the car. As I was talking to him, she was making sure the car was nice and clean even though it looked great. It is obvious that she enjoys what she does and does it well. She presented me with a white bag and a BMW cap which really surprised me. So many thanks to Haley. Originally I visited the dealer to ask the Maint Person (Joe) to check on something for me. When we started to talk he mentioned the 2 series in front of the parking lot. So I spoke to Trent whom I knew from his prev employer. I bought my 2015 Mustang from him when he was with the Ford Dealer. We worked out a price (which I knew from prior deals would be higher than the BMW dealers in KC) and I came in the next day to pay and pick up the papers. She was able to answer any questions we had. When we finally decided on a car, we then met Stephen. He talked us through everything about operating the car. They both told us that if we had any kind of questions, they were there for us for as long as we owned the car. At no time did I ever feel pressured by Haley. They made our experience very comfortable and I would definetly go back to her to buy my next car! More

I would like to specifically recognize 3 people for their outstanding service: Jim Kaczka reached out when my first lease (Audi S5 that I loved) was close to ending. Leading up to test driving vehicles, he patiently helped me identify what I was looking for. Initially I was unconvinced I would find a car that I loved as much as my S5. Through email he asked useful questions, presented a variety of options, and helped me narrow it down to a handful of Audis and Bimmers. After test driving, he and Elvir worked out a price I felt great about. Before delivery, he further helped me to customize my car, adding unique finishing touches that I enjoy to this date. Elvir Bazdarevic is a gifted advisor. He has a passion for cars, and provided a stress-free, no-pressure experience evaluating multiple vehicles in a hands-on fashion. He was able to compare and contrast the vehicles, and provide a level of understanding beyond what I could read in reviews. He knew the answer to almost every question I had, and in the rare instance that he didn't have the answer he got it quickly. He helped me work through a number of concerns I had about each vehicle, and ultimately helped me to select the 440i. Elvir took me from 'anxious getting a new car' to 'thrilled with my choice' Stephen Randall expertly led me over the BMW learning curve. I previously have owned Lincoln, Toyota, and Audi so the BMW was a completely different platform. At delivery he took his time making sure I understood how to operate all the car systems, and demonstrated a wide variety of features I would otherwise not have known about. In the first few days after getting the car, I had bluetooth connectivity issues, which he took the time to research, including contacting BMW tech support. He answered me promptly via email, text and phone with my technical concerns. He was relentless until finding the solution, and now the car works perfectly. I love my car, and Springfield BMW dealership provides an unmatched vehicle ownership experience! I would highly recommend visiting them! More

Terrible experience After my BMW breaking down on the side of the hwy, I had it towed here. It took nearly 2 days to run a simple diagnostic on a water pump replacement ( After my BMW breaking down on the side of the hwy, I had it towed here. It took nearly 2 days to run a simple diagnostic on a water pump replacement (which cost me over $150 and they didn't even complete all the promised services prior to presenting me with a $3500 estimate. I immediately started looking for an alternate dealership that charged me less than 1/3 of this price for the same work and treated me like a person and not a piggy bank More
