The online chat professional (Scott) was extremely helpful and made the appointment for me to see and test-drive the car. Scott demonstrated great follow-through in confirming the appointment and making sure the car would be ready for me to test drive. When I arrived at the dealership I was introduced to staff and met Todd Smith, my sales representative. Todd demonstrated excellent customer service and great attention to detail.
