I ordered my first BMW with Catherine and got it a couple days ago. The whole process was professional and the communication was impeccable. I’m a doctor and had procedures all day so she sent me paperwork, came on lunch to sign, and came back that evening where I met Joe who was also fantastic and I left with all my questions asked.
