I am extremely dissatisfied with the brake service I received. I paid a significant amount of money to have my brakes and rotors replaced. After the service, there were issues with the rotors, and they received. I paid a significant amount of money to have my brakes and rotors replaced. After the service, there were issues with the rotors, and they were resurfaced. I was told to drive the vehicle and return if there were any further problems. I returned because the brakes now make a noticeable squeaking noise when I back up — a noise I did not have before this service. I explained the problem and was simply told that there was nothing they could do. That response is unacceptable to me. I paid for professional BMW service and expected the work to be completed properly. I should not have to accept a new brake noise that appeared after the work was performed, especially after returning as instructed. I am asking BMW to review this situation and provide an appropriate resolution. More

the service was fine, coffe and donuts in the waiting area were much appreciated, but the waiting area seating was dirty. Also, an oil change was performed on my vehicle and the tech neglected to update area were much appreciated, but the waiting area seating was dirty.
