I’ve had a little interaction with sales over the years and they’ve generally always been great too, but I can’t say too much about them. There is room for improvement, however. The waiting area has an absurdly loud television and the remote for it seems to have been missing for over a year. So you can’t change it from the history channel, or reduce the volume. The house music through out the floor can also be a bit loud, so if you need to take a call for work or something while you’re waiting, you might just need to go elsewhere. And like all dealerships these days, be wary of long lists of expensive maintenance items. If you don’t like what they’re saying just go get a second opinion. This isn’t a problem exclusive to this BMW dealership, so I can’t dock them on the ratings, but what one service tech sees as essential maintenance, another service tech might say it’s good to go. Just do your part to be an informed consumer and you’ll be happy with BMW of Spokane. More
