I contacted Evette Burgess because Scott at Lexus of Spokane told me, Evette at Camp BMW had the vehicle I was looking for. I talked with Evette several times and we emailed back and forth many times to Spokane told me, Evette at Camp BMW had the vehicle I was looking for. I talked with Evette several times and we emailed back and forth many times too, over a 2 week period. After several conversations and emails, it appeared she had the vehicle I wanted. We negotiated back and forth and a few weeks later, I drove 300 miles to Spokane to trade-in my vehicle and pick up the vehicle, I wanted. Evette was a very helpful and professional salesperson. I would recommend her and Camp BMW without reservation. Thanks to Evette, Mel, Louis, and Joe, for helping to make this happen. More
Thank you Camp BMW for a fantastic service department and dealership. On Saturday Oct 26th while visiting Spokane our BMW 325 quit running. We called for help and Ashley provided towing information and a dealership. On Saturday Oct 26th while visiting Spokane our BMW 325 quit running. We called for help and Ashley provided towing information and alerted the service manager ( Matthew) about our situation. Matthew proceeded to take excellent care of us. A quick diagnosis proved that we needed a new fuel pump. Matthew went above and beyond to work us into their Saturday schedule and keep us informed of status. By mid afternoon we had our car back working perfectly. Matthew, Mel (general manager) and the service team provided great customer service to take care of us and get us back to enjoying Gonzaga Parents weekend with our daughter. I recommend Camp BMW and even though we are from Portland I will be reaching out to them when it is time to trade up. More
The dealer had posted a Craigslist ad for 2007 Lexus. When we called about this 2007 Lexus, we found the ad for this vehicle had been sold, but we could come down to look at a 2010 model. We understood t When we called about this 2007 Lexus, we found the ad for this vehicle had been sold, but we could come down to look at a 2010 model. We understood this to be the old bait and switch type of tactic and the 2010 model had a listed price a little beyond our planned budget, but my wife wanted to go for a test drive, anyway. We met with the sales guy on a Friday evening. He seemed to understand our budget and stated he could come down to $2500 over our stated budget price, but he would talk to his manager to see if he could get any lower than that, if we liked the vehicle. We drove the 2010 Lexus. The wife and I liked it. The salesman said he would take our contact information and contact us in the morning after he talked to his manager to see what he could do about the possibility of a lower price, since his manager has left for the evening. The salesman called me in the morning and said he had not talked his manager to a price better than the $2500 over our budgeted price due to $1500 worth of tires and other costs the dealer had put into it after taking it in on trade, but if we came down that day he may be able to get another $500 off. I understood this and told the salesman I would discuss it with my wife and talk later in the morning. My wife and I still felt this was a pretty good price for the 2010 Lexus, but were still trying to negotiate a slightly better price. We left a message with a counter offer for the salesman. We were called back by the sales manager later in the day saying he would see what he could do to get us the best price. When he sales manager called back, the price by Camp had gone up by $1000, not down from the last price they had given us! I questioned why that was and he made an excuse that the salesman didn't know about the $1500 they had put into it with new tires, etc. This explanation of the $1500 is exactly what he salesman had told me in the morning that was why they couldn't go lower,so that was obviously total BS. The sales manager said he would talk to the general manager and get back to me. The next call from the sales manger, the price went up another $500! I couldn't believe that we were negotiating a price on a vehicle in which we had stated we had cash to purchase and the delership's price had gone up by $1500 over the course of two phone calls only a few hours after I had discussed the original price with the salesman. We will never consider doing business with Camp BMW, again. More
I made an internet appointment on Monday. When I arrived at Camp BMW 2 hours later, I was introduced to Sam Van Vaier. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. I told Sam what I wanted and at Camp BMW 2 hours later, I was introduced to Sam Van Vaier. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. I told Sam what I wanted and he showed me 2 Bimmers that met my desire! I told him which one I wanted and we went back into his office and he proceeded in getting the paperwork going!! Sam gave me a good deal on my 1999 540i and got me into a 2013 328xi coupe!! It was painless. Every single person at Camp BMW treated me with professionalism and friendliness. I never felt pressured or anxiety ridden. The experience was even fun!! Thank you so much Sam Van Vaier and everyone else for making my day awesome :). I love my new car and will definitely be back when it's time for the next one!! Kim Howard More

Service here is a breeze. Today, I got my car back an hour earlier than promised, and while I waited, other employees came up to ask if everything was ok, to tell me there were complimentary soft-drinks, hour earlier than promised, and while I waited, other employees came up to ask if everything was ok, to tell me there were complimentary soft-drinks, coffee and popcorn and to just generally make me feel welcome. The cup holder in my car was broken and was reported to the dealership during the 16,000 miles maintenance in June, 2013. They told me that they will let me know whether the part is in stock. I have waited the dealership during the 16,000 miles maintenance in June, 2013. They told me that they will let me know whether the part is in stock. I have waited for a month and received no calls. Therefore, I called back to check and they said " please feel free to come anytime, the part is in stock. It should take 15 minutes or so." It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon in August and I drove from Coeur D'Alene to Spokane (33 miles) to the dealership. After sitting there for half hour, they told me they ordered the wrong part so they cannot repair anything today. To show their apology for wasting my time, they promised to fill my gas tank next time when I come back for the cup holder. Almost another month passed and I have not received any calls to confirm if they have the part. I called back again to check and they said the part is in stock (again). I made another 20 miles trip to the dealership in September and waited there for 2 hours for them to repair the cup holder. After the long wait, I got in the car and noticed the gas tank was not filled. I have to "remind" them AGAIN to have them keep their promises. Of course, it's another half hour wait. I have been waiting for 2 months and made 2 trips (sitting in the dealership for a total of 3+ hours) to have this cup holder fixed. All of the follow-up calls and appointments were initiated by me. If I did not follow up, nobody will tell me my part is in stock. The whole process was really frustrated. If I have other choice in the area, I would go to other dealership. Unfortunately, if you owned a BMW in eastern Washington, this is the only BMW dealership. More
