The dealership keeps a nice inventory of cars to see and drive where most other luxury dealerships such as Mercedes, Cadillac, and Lexus did not have much of a selection on hand. You had to order one and put a deposit down on something you couldn’t even see or drive. So that was a huge plus and one of the reasons and final decisions why we bought our car at bmw. The waiting area with drinks and snacks is a huge plus! The parts department were very knowledgeable and helpful after our purchase of our car. The front desk girl is seriously lacking in customer service. She isn’t knowledgeable, doesn’t really care and is more concerned with herself. She works in a luxury dealership and personally we felt like she just lacked the customer service. She’s one of your first impressions of the dealership when you walk in along with the showroom floor. Immature is one of the first words that pops into mind. Definitely doesn’t dress for her position. Sales team are absolutely amazing. Dereck sold us our car and we couldn’t have been happier buying a car from him. He’s gone over the top to be helpful during and after the sale! And so have other sales reps! More

We really appreciated working with Derrick McGee; he was very patient and listened to what we wanted. We worked a great deal with him in negotiations, and I actually felt he was on our side . We did not, however, enjoy the finance dept and car orientation, which took too long; we ended up being in the dealership for over 7 hours. That tarnished our experience on the drive home, but Derick was able to iron out our issues the next day. More
I bought my first car in 1963. Robbie Rosin in Sales is by far the best sales person I have ever worked with. He was knowledgeable and helpful during the sale, and went well out of his way to help me with the infotainment and operating systems, which are quite complicated on this vehicle. On one occasion he met me about 20 miles from the dealership to resolve a setup issue. He has remined helpful and patient throughout the whole process. More
Derrick in sales was amazing he listened to what we were looking for and stuck with it. He did not try to upset us or push us at a car we didn't want.
