Mel Watson has been in the car business for as long as I can remember. I have bought several cars through Mel because I know I can trust him. He understands and listens to what you need, and then diligently can remember. I have bought several cars through Mel because I know I can trust him. My husband & I have been to countless dealerships looking for a specific car which we found online with Camp BMW. We have been shopping for almost a year and have visited places across all of Washin looking for a specific car which we found online with Camp BMW. We have been shopping for almost a year and have visited places across all of Washington. Camp was such a pleasant surprise to be treated with excellent customer service from start to finish along with post-purchase of our car. I highly recommend our salesman, Jared, to anyone shopping for a vehcile. He was down to earth, helpful and not pushy by any means. This place has earned a return customer for life. Thank you for the excellent car shopping experience!! It is nice to know there are great businesses in our area who appreciate customers more than the commission. : ) More
I had a wonderful experience buying my car last week at camp. We worked will Sam and he was not pushy at all. They have made everything easy from the trade in to the financing. We were in and out and left camp. We worked will Sam and he was not pushy at all. They have made everything easy from the trade in to the financing. We were in and out and left feeling real good. I've had the car for about a week and a headlight was out. I brought it in and they took care of it right away along with a few other things. I'm digging that they wash it for you every time you bring it in for service, it's the litte things. Nothing but good things to say :) Lindsey More
My fiance and I were selling my newer Honda Civic, the miles were extremely low and over all it was in good condition. We received several calls from Camp BMW showing interest in the Civic. We talked to a miles were extremely low and over all it was in good condition. We received several calls from Camp BMW showing interest in the Civic. We talked to a sales rep on the phone would told us we would get what we were asking for the car. We went into Camp BMW and were basically thrown into the shark tank. The sales rep (forgot his name) was pretentious and rude right off the bat. After waiting awhile to show him the car, he came outside, barely a word to either of us, and we led him over to the car. We told him the car is in good shape other then the fact that the seat belt chime would go off periodically. He told us "you are going to get no where near your asking price" and proceeded to scold me like a child as to why my Honda will never get asking price. We were astonished at his rude behavior. He told me bevause the seat belt chime goes off that fixing it would be at least $1000. Ridiculous. Then he offered me $6000 for my car. I told him no way. Without even looking at us he said "thanks" and left. It was one of the strangest experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. I felt like I was annoying them with my presence, even though they called once a day to get us to come down. I'm not upset about what they offered, but I am upset with the fact that they treated us like a burden and like we were beneath them. Should have listened to my neighbor and my mother in law who both have BMW's and steer clear of here. Never coming back. More
Went in to the Dealership to have the oil changed, and have a wiring harness replaced since the last time i was in i was told it was bad and needed changing, Once there i was told that it wasn't the wirin have a wiring harness replaced since the last time i was in i was told it was bad and needed changing, Once there i was told that it wasn't the wiring harness but the tail light assembly was bad, and that would cost$200 plus labor, which i was not in a position to replace it at that time, A friend of mine came by that knows a little bit about cars and asked to see the tail light, when he inspected the light he noticed that the bulb was burned, he then asked the mechanic for a light bulb, he replaced the bulb (my friend that is)but the light did not come on, he then clean the contacts on the connector that plugs in to the tail light assembly, and that did the trick, you would thing that they would check these thing before saying a part is bad, or at least make sure the bulb was not burned out More
My husband and I scheduled an appointment to have our 2004 330i BMW checked out, as the radiator light was on. Upon receiving a call back from the Camp Service Department we were told that the following 2004 330i BMW checked out, as the radiator light was on. Upon receiving a call back from the Camp Service Department we were told that the following was wrong with our car and needed to be repaired: Coolant Light (replaced Thermostat) $651 Micro Filter (replaced filter) $114.00 Total Cost for replacing thermostat and filter $759.00 Called a repair shop in the Tri-Cities upon returning home, (after getting ripped off) that specializes in BMW's and was quoted $400.00 for the same repairs that Camp BMW did including labor. This is almost half of what we were charged. Come to find out we also need to have the cyclone valve replaced and idler pulley (Camp Quote $1200.00) the other company quoted ($800.00)for everything INCLUDING the 2 oil leaks that Camp stated needed to be fixed......oh Yes! and to fix the small oil leaks...$789.00 (Camp Quote) At this rate my husband and I are going to be driving back home to the Tri-Cities to have our car repaired at less than half of Camps Quote. We will never go back again for SERVICE or to PURCHASE a new or used car from Camp. I am looking for a job at the moment, and I wouldn't even work there if they called me for an interview. What a dishonest group of thieves!!! More
I visited Camp bmw dealership for a used car on friday and made a offer. The Floor/Sales department did not get back to me until I called on Saturday at noon. After my call my wife went back to dealership and made a offer. The Floor/Sales department did not get back to me until I called on Saturday at noon. After my call my wife went back to dealership Saturday to find they changed the pricing from my earlier conversation. My wife left the dealership on Saturday disgusted by there sales tactics. The Dealership called me Sunday to see if I was still interested. I said I was, but I needed the pricing we had originally agreed upon. They said they would call me right back. They Called me an hour later to inform me that they just secured deposit on the car from another party and were selling the car. You gotta be kidding me! They totally wasted a lot of my family's time and caused a lot of aggravation. I have three 2008 company HD Chevrolet 2500 Duramax Diesels that I have serviced there as well. I will no longer be taking those for service and will not be trading in for new ones later this fall with Camp. I'AM DONE WITH CAMP. More
Just had my 98 M Roadster in as the clutch pedal is releasing beyond standard limits. Camp/Lithia BMW in Spokane was the last dealer to work on the car, they removed the transmission to replace a bear releasing beyond standard limits. Camp/Lithia BMW in Spokane was the last dealer to work on the car, they removed the transmission to replace a bearing some time back. Locally now I have to get the clutch worked on and they said that one of the transmission bolts was stripped, and that all the exhaust bolts were stripped out (not the holes the bolt heads). Being Camp was the last to remove and replace those items I have to believe they did the damage. Further the dash piece they claimed to have replaced after their mechanic broke it was discovered to have been glued in place. Avoid this dealer at all costs... More
