It can result in many calls and frustrations to establish the learning curve. Need more effort explaining condition based service and the BMW maintenance and warranty program. When someone buys a pre owned or leased vehicle, the service mgr/technician should be part of the sales team by presenting a hard copy of all services and maintenance performed. This will give the customer confidence that the auto is on track with CBS with a seamless transition into the program. Still have a due out on the Lithia oil program. I had my vehicle serviced at Lithia Dodge/Chrysler in Missoula. They did not have Castrol or BMW oil so I asked them to use the approved alternative: Pennzoil Platinum European Formula Ultra. They complied, but said it was too expensive and I would have to pay more or use a lesser quality in the future. If Lithia cannot provide the oil recommended by BMW, I will have to ask for a refund from this program. More

I like that he recognizes me when I come in and that he makes me feel welcome. Once again, Scott found issues of which I was unaware and ensured they were repaired without any inconvenience to me. My expectation was that I would be without my car for 2 days, and Scott was able to get the work completed within half a day! And I love picking up my car clean and shiny! More

I wasn't comp After visiting ALL of the other "high-end" dealerships in search of a mid size SUV, my wife and I had decided to purchase a Range Rover. I wasn't completely sold on the Sport or the sales approach at the local dealership, but it seemed to be the best choice out there. So we drove to Camp BMW to see what they offered. Dan greeted us with a smile and more BMW knowledge than I would care to remember, and promptly showed us the BMW X5. A perfect fit. Dan's job was a little too easy as the car sold it's self, but he did a great job educating us and treating us with respect. We drove away after a test drive with smiles on our faces and a new BMW in our very near future, the only question was,"Gas or diesel?" A second test drive in the diesel made the choice very easy. I have never driven a diesel that did such a great job of pretending it wasn't a diesel. It's a rocket! And so quiet. I kept saying to myself,"I can't believe this is a diesel!" Dan made the sale and order of our new BMW a painless process that eliminated the anxiety of purchasing a new car. I would highly recommend Camp BMW to ANY prospective buyer and I would say that if you have a chance to work with Dan Blubaugh, do it. Thank you Dan for a great experience, Bryan More

Treated With Extreme Courtesy This was my first experience with the service department after purchasing our new 2014 528i xDrive. Once I connected with the service writer with whom I had spoken on the phone (Jayson), I was greeted with a smile. During the entire visit my wife and I were treated as if we were the only ones who mattered that day. Every effort was made to ensure that our needs were met and that all of our concerns were addressed. We even spent an inordinate amount of time with our technician who took the time to explain everything to us, never once appearing to be in a rush. This was totally unexpected but quite impressive. We had a service loaner while our was in the shop and it was the electric i3. What a hoot to drive! If we lived in a city I'd have to seriously think about owning one of those. Anyway, we came away very pleased with our experience and look forward to our next visit. More
