Excellent transaction I just bought a lightly used 3-year-old BMW from Spokane BMW. The car was originally located on another dealer's lot 300 miles away from Spokane. There were some early hiccups in the transaction that caused me some frustration related to confusion/delay getting the car delivered to Spokane. We discussed the confusion and things improved dramatically and the team really did a nice job turning things around. As a token of apology for the confusion, they went above and beyond our already negotiated transaction and kicked in something extra to sweeten it. I was impressed by how they responded and would recommend this dealership. More
