Thanks to Tyson truly working hard to continue working with our budget parameters, we were able to get the Volvo XC90 we wanted and a very fair price on trade. With 10+ car deals in the past decade, this was by far the best experience we have had. Tyson surpassed all expectations, and did so without any pressure, which is much appreciated as buyers. We will celebrate to him in the future when we are ready to buy again, and will be referring our friends and family, too!!! More

I was due for more maintenance but he went the extra mile and asked his mechanics about holding back until next service date. I lost my income but would have moved forward if he said "yes." That's trust and should always be noticed and appreciated. Thank you! Chad F. More

I wish we had looked a This was hands down the WORST buying experience of my adult life. I DO NOT recommend purchasing a used car from BMW of Spokane. I wish we had looked at the dealership reviews before we'd purchased. Any dealer with 2 stars should be a warning. We purchased a black Cadillac Escalade in May 2017. We and the salesperson noticed that the hood had a couple of scratches but decided that it wasn't something that was a deal breaker for us since it looked like it would be easy to buff out. Big mistake! The first time we took the car through the car wash, we realized that the car had scratches ALL over and that the scratches had been hidden by the dealer using black wax (which was later admitted by Brian in the service department). We thought it was a little suspicious when they kept putting off showing us the car because it needed more "waxing." Now we know what happened. When we came back to the dealership, they basically said there was nothing they could do about it and it wasn't their problem. There were several other things on the car that needed fixed, like a door seal and wrong mounts on the bumper. Despite their 60 day warranty, they refused to fix any of it. Brian at the service desk at Camp Chevrolet told my husband that they didn't have the parts to fix the bumper and when my husband went into the service store, they were sitting right on the shelf for purchase. He straight up lied. My husband bought the parts and walked out, fuming. Tyson (the salesperson we'd bought the car from) insisted that the car hadn't been smoked in but we had to go to Ziebart 2xs for their chemical bomb to get the smell out. I DO NOT recommend purchasing a used car from Tyson or anyone at this dealership. The 60-day total warranty is a joke and I feel we've been cheated and lied to by several people at the dealership and in the service department. I don't ever use those words in a review but I can't warn you off this company strongly enough. More

He does not pressure you into getting something you don't really need and does not make you feel like you don't know what the xxxx you're talking about. Interesting right! Usually Service Advisor's do the exact opposite. Sounds like Kevin should be making Management soon. I wish every dealership had a guy like Kevin. 5 star customer service! More

I filled the car and went back to the dealership. I was there for 3 hours while they checked out the vehicle. They could not figure out what was wrong. Two days later I received a call telling me that the radiator control sleeve was cracked and they had to order another one and repair it. I have no assurances that my engine did not overheat due to their shoddy work. I was also told that if there was no way i could prove it. I have not been offered any compensation for all of the time I spent going back and forth from the dealership. You buy a BMW for the quality. You spend $400 on oil change and coolant flush because you want it done right. More
