Quickly Impressed!! I was quickly greeted and welcomed by Adel. He informed me that Steve was still working with his customer and asked if I would be okay if he showed me I was quickly greeted and welcomed by Adel. I was quickly impressed when he said I will go get car and bring into a heated space and not stand out in sub zero weather. Adel went through everything he could possibly tell me about this vehicle. He insisted that he have it put up on a lift for me to inspect the undercarriage and took me on a great test drive. He expressed the professionalism of the dealership and how everything is done above board and hide nothing from the customer. Adel took care of everything from start to finish and very professional throughout whole transaction. Other than the paper work taking several hours the rest of my experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this dealership and Adel specifically to my friends or anyone I know. I found him to be a gentleman and treated me with the upmost respect. More

He also provided an excellent delivery discussion/demonstration and training run. We have much to learn about our 2018 X3 but we feel really confident that Adel will be there for us. He wants us to be satisfied and have our questions answered. Bo was right on with the financial end of the transaction.
