Adel provided an excellent introduction and test drive of the BMW X3. His honesty and forthrightness was most appreciated. He was able to work with us through the final pricing negotiations. He also provided an excellent delivery discussion/demonstration and training run. We have much to learn about our 2018 X3 but we feel really confident that Adel will be there for us. He wants us to be satisfied and have our questions answered. Bo was right on with the financial end of the transaction. There were no curious forms to sign and Bo made sure we understood the transactional paperwork. More

Check engine needs service Turned out to be nothing, possibly related to recent gas cap change but not certain this is what triggered the warning light. Kevin and the service d Turned out to be nothing, possibly related to recent gas cap change but not certain this is what triggered the warning light. Kevin and the service department are always very helpful, responsive and great to work with. However, I am not at all happy with my car, have had more service calls with this vehichle in the last year than I did with my previous car over 7 years. Again, the service department staff are awesome but regular response to "issues" either that's a known issue, just something with that model, or some other design or build issue, with the model/product. I intend to sell this car as soon as possible, even at a loss, and will not own another BMW. More

Mitch's background as a service te I have owned four 3-Series BMWs (e36, e46, two e90s) prior to my current one (F30), and know these cars very well. Mitch's background as a service technician allowed him to not only answer any technical questions that I may have had but also discuss the best longterm plan for maintaining my car. I feel as though promoting technicians who possess an ability to offer customer service on an interpersonal level was a great decision by this dealership. I will be going back again and will be making a point to request Mitch. Mitch was able to have a robust discussion with me and made me feel that my vehicle was in good hands.
