Their service has gone downhill, and the level of care they put into their work is seriously lacking. I brought my car in for repairs, and they had it for 11 days—far longer than expected. During previous visits, they provided a loaner vehicle, but this time they no longer offered one, forcing me to rent a car out of pocket. Since they kept extending the repair time, I ended up returning the rental, expecting my car to be properly fixed when I finally got it back. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. As soon as I picked it up, I noticed the engine wasn’t running correctly. On top of that, the check engine light came on, and the car had a rough idle—issues I never had before this visit. To make matters worse, they also failed to properly reinstall my door panel, showing a clear lack of attention to detail. For the amount of time and money I spent, I expected far better. Instead, I’m left wondering if my car was even diagnosed and repaired properly. This dealership used to provide quality service and customer care, but that’s clearly changed. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional place to service your BMW, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. More

Will at the front desk is very helpful. On the other side with the recall service for break issues we are very unhappy.
