Oil change gone wrong Unfortunately this could have been the worst experience I have had with a car dealership. We brought our JCW Mini Cooper in to get an oil change, and Unfortunately this could have been the worst experience I have had with a car dealership. We brought our JCW Mini Cooper in to get an oil change, and it turned out to be a huge ordeal. We were called 50 minutes after dropping the car off to be told by Scott in service that, after he drove the car back something happened with the clutch. It would cost quite a bit for him to even look into as he would have to tear the car apart. I was told to bring my 'hubby' back to take a look and Scott would show us the mess up. I don't have a husband, and was by myself when I dropped off the car. We ended up getting the car towed back home and took it to a trusted car dealership. It is apparent that this BMW dealership of Spokane has a problem occurring that they haven't addressed. We even tried to reach out to the manager Bob Bailey who never returned our phone call or followed up. They not only lack reliability but have been getting a bad name around town. Poor management and no pride in ownership. More

I will never buy a vehicle from you in the future This is the first time I have been compelled to write a negative review. I just purchased a 2016 Mercedes for my wife and traded our BMW 750. After ag This is the first time I have been compelled to write a negative review. I just purchased a 2016 Mercedes for my wife and traded our BMW 750. After agreeing to purchase The Mercedes, and being asked about the second key set for the trade, I am told there is no second set of keys. I would have to purchase them at a Mercedes dealer. I let this small $350 last minute slide. I am not a Nickle and dimer. A week after the purchase I noticed that the front bumper was popping out. Not a big deal, it must be a clamp. My wife took it to service. On the call, they stated there was work done on the bumper. She was latter told after a service appointment, we need to take it to the Mercedes dealer. Oh, and by the way, she is asked did she hit something. Really, Come on. Now I have to take time, take it to the dealer. I guess I may as well pay for that and pick up my $350 or $400 key. Gents, you got me once. But not ever again. More
Great service I always receive great service at this dealership. I'm from out of town and request a loaner car, the process is easy. Staff are friendly and efficie I always receive great service at this dealership. I'm from out of town and request a loaner car, the process is easy. Staff are friendly and efficient. My only complaint is I discovered after reviewing my estimate that was given to me at another dealership for the repair needed was quoted at $100 lower. More
