Rude. Had problems caused by the dealer and they denied any Had problems created by a detail job last November. Subsequently, the center console control, navigation system and driver door window controls all r Had problems created by a detail job last November. Subsequently, the center console control, navigation system and driver door window controls all required replacing due to the shoddy work by BMW Spokane. The navigation system replacement required escalation on my part before they would replace it. Subsequently, the door control has quit working again, and now Spokane BMS is saying that is the fault of work done years ago after someone backed into my car. If that were true, why did they not identify that when the door control was replaced by them, and stated that the failure was due to the detailing job. Very disappointed in the level of support. In the future for any maintenance on my BMW I will be going to the Seattle area for work, I will not support Spokane BMW again. More
