I love this place. Owning a BMW has isn’t perks and downfalls. I am a BMW family and we love our cars, but you have to properly maintain and care for them. Starter Failure I tried sereval things before having my 2007 328i towed to the dealer. I had a key code on the dash. The service manager wouldn't listen. We had multiple problems with our 2010 X5 and the service manager, Bob Bailey, would not listen to what I was telling him about the problems. He just We had multiple problems with our 2010 X5 and the service manager, Bob Bailey, would not listen to what I was telling him about the problems. He just wanted to find ways to blame us for the car's mechanical problems. For example: The car was shifting itself into park after moving a few feet. He said we were trying to drive with the door open. Then he said we were holding in the release button. Then he said he could not diagnose the problem because it was not presenting at that time. Finally, he actually checked the car and found a code stored in the on-board computer that told him the button was sticking. The A/C was not working and I had to have them assess the car three times before they even looked at that. He kept saying I told him the A/C was fine - just the opposite of what I was telling him but he wasn't listening. Unless you are under warranty, I'd suggest you try a place that actually listens to what the customer is saying about their vehicle. More

Quality service I had issues with my Z4 BMW with hard starting. They checked my codes and noted it had a fuel problem. They checked fuel pressure, leakage, and gas I had issues with my Z4 BMW with hard starting. They checked my codes and noted it had a fuel problem. They checked fuel pressure, leakage, and gas cap leakage. All tested good, with no issues. All told they were through even if they could find nothing wrong. They replaced two of my old drive belts, washed, cleaned the interior, and made me feel good that they did the right things. Yes, I’m happy with their service, and will go back again if other troubles arise. More

The waiting room is comfortable with lots of seating, refreshments, and entertainment. You are kept well informed before, during, and after your service appointment. My salesman remembers me and always takes time out of his busy day to make sure I’m satisfied even when I’m here for service. Mr. Watson also remembers to greet me every time I visit so much so that now if I don’t see him I hunt him down to wave hello. More
