Good dealership and my salesman Lucas was awesome but the dealership doesn’t have a good visual appeal to it. The inside of the dealership seems a little run down compared to other BMW dealerships I have be dealership doesn’t have a good visual appeal to it. Coming from Patrick a service manager, the service is losing money over oil changes and probably on 4 years included services on new vehicles. In my opinion they are going to recommend additional mainten losing money over oil changes and probably on 4 years included services on new vehicles. In my opinion they are going to recommend additional maintenance on the vehicles that they can charge at a premium charge. So be aware! My personal experience is that the recommended an alignment check, even if I mentioned that I did not feel anything I still signed the 300$ alignment fee they might charge if they needed to perform the alignment. In the end of course they charged me. The charge was close to double a normal alignment charge, and the alignment issues were minimal so definitely could have waited. They used to call but now they just make you sign before so you will probably always be charged. In other words, we still need to go there, especially with recent vehicles under BMW maintenance, but know that they don't like it and they will try to charge you extra. More
