They performed a recall on my BMW and the gasket slipped of the valve cover and caught on fire and they won't take responsibility for their actions More

Last week, upon speaking with our Service Manager, Patrick McCarthy, you let us you know attempts were made yourself on the electrical system, while our team was able to forensically demonstrate the fire originated in your vehicle's fuse box. As you know this part was not worked on by our team. Further, we appreciate you letting us know at the time of your conversation that the vehicle fire did not occur at our facility. Well in my 20 years of experience and being Ase certified in engine electrical and brakes when I picked up the car it was smoking engine oil and hello , and the time before that the first time it caught on fire when I picked up the vehicle I went to the gas station and I was trying to figure out where it was smoking from and you could actually see the oil we can see the oil dripping but you can see it like they would it would like build up build up and then drip and then do a puff of smoke and then it would die down and then it would like wait a second wait and then it would build up build up and then it would drip and then it smoke. And the owner of the repair shop even came to me and was saying the gasket slip out . I know that if you don't properly clean it and it will cause it to leak ,so you put a brand new gasket on it and it'll leak and it could it could even be you know your mechanic could have broke the valve cover when he pulled it off by not lifting it straight up, because everything's old and brittle lifting it to the side will break the valve cover the tab on the valve cover. or it could even pity where the the valve cover gasket seats, and to say it was a electrical fire is absurd because it was engine oil that was burning and you know there's a difference between engine oil and electrical big difference , and when I picked it up the second time even the guy that handed me the keys over said it was burning engine oil is burning engine oil when it took off not electrical,

The vehicle fire occurred as I drove out of the the parking lot and drove two blocks away from your guys's facility and the first time it caught on fire it was on your parking lot

Just because your BMWs are known to catch on fire there is that your forensic what about my nose to my eyes and you call me a liar because you know I know what electrical smell like and I know what it is a grease fire looks like fire oil fire I'm 53 years old and I've been I've been in this business for a long time and I can't believe you know we'll talk to the guy that handed me the keys and then he says oh it's just a little oil burning off what about that when you guys gave me the keys in the car was running or the car was running and you guys handed it over to me it was smoking oil and so how can you say it was an engine fire when it was smoking oil and was dripping oil.
