My wife and I recently visited BMW of Spokane, excited at the prospect of driving home in a 2021 X3M Competition. Our enthusiasm was contingent on the car being free of any undisclosed issues. Despite the assurances given by numerous advertisements, we discovered that the vehicle in question (VIN: 5YMTS0C00M9F41791) had a history of accidents. The dealership did not communicate this critical detail transparently, and it was not reflected in the car’s pricing, which should have been adjusted for its accident history. In a stroke of due diligence, my wife conducted a VIN search during our visit, sparing us from further investing time in a process that lacked transparency. It’s disheartening when a lack of forthrightness overshadows the excitement of purchasing a new car. It leads one to ponder the integrity of business practices when such omissions are made. Of note, Moe was great to work with. Derrick, on the other hand, did not return text messages. If you're set on getting a BMW, I would just find another BMW dealer. More

But with appointments for tire swaps no longer taking any less than 3.5 hours (and sometimes taking several rescheduled appointments due to ill calls or miscommunications), I won't be taking my business here any longer.
