We seem to always have issues with the repair and customer service. I was told our car would be read by 2:30 - 3:00 i believe we were still waiting way past that time, past 5pm. We dont live in town customer service. I was told our car would be read by 2:30 - 3:00 i believe we were still waiting way past that time, past 5pm. We dont live in town so it's not so easy to run home and wait. Other issues we have had are. We've had the wrong tires installed on our car. They installed street tires, instead of winter tires, that we ordered. The guy told us that those were great tires, we shouldn't have a problem. We went back and forth about it. With Him telling me to just drive it I'm probably not used to it. I drove back down to the BMW store. I asked to talk to the manager. I got kind of a, why he wont be able to do anything different. One of the other employees found they had put on the wrong tires. If I would have done like that counter person told me, and just drove it, we could have end up getting in a really bad accident. I'm sure, since we live all the way out by Tumtum, and those tires felt like driving on trashcan lids. and then where would that leave us? We also had our 2 yr old daughter in the car. This whole situation was EXTREMELY DANGEROUS, UNSAFE, WITH NO EFFORT TO TRY AND AVOID ANYTHING on your side. I really felt I was treated like an idiot. But even if I was an idiot. If someone thinks something is wrong dont dismiss it. They've lost center caps for our wheels multiple times. This last time, they weren't able to find our wheels and tires for winter. When they had told us that the wheels and tires were already installed, they were just doing the brake flush and it'd be ready real soon, so we got over there and it wasn't close to being ready. Because they couldn't find my wheels and tires. I dont even know if we got the right wheels and tires. They were sending us pictures asking do these look like yours. I completely understand mistakes are made, things go un noticed and sometimes miss placed. But I Pay so much for whats supposed to be high quality service. It worries me that maybe I'm not getting the service I pay for! More
