My only complaint is that they don't have enough loaner vehicles. Taking the shuttle home for a quick oil change or something is OK, but for a repair that left me without the car for multiple days a loaner would sure have been nice. More

You can feel the sense of trust and professionalism from all the employees there and you truly feel like a VIP without feeling any pressure to buy a car from them. This experience completely changed my view of buying a car and having to deal with car salesman or dealership.
