I drove 300 miles to get excellent service and it exceeded ! I am an extremely loyal customer until I’m not treated properly. We purchased 5 BMW’s from Medford BMW and loved the service in sales and service. We moved to Baker City, OR and started taking my 750i to BMW of Portland. We had a great service advisor but the sales department sucked. We were there many times and sometimes sat and waited s couple of hours. Never did one salesman ever say hello or can I help you. Once I can see but five or six times, no. My service advisor left and the new advisor I got I didn’t gel with. I don’t like someone to make me feel that there doing me a favor. I’m doing them s favor going to their dealership! I decided never to go back to Portland BMW again. I called and spoke with Peterson BMW in Boise and BMW of Tri Cities. Didn’t get the right feeling. Than I called Kevin at BMW of Spokane. I liked Kevin right off the bat. I actually spoke with him last October but finally had time to bring my baby in for service. We were treated the way BMW customers should be treated. I’m very impressed as of our first time and if it continues, they have a life long customer!!!! More

Dissatisfied The service department appears to be uninviting in regards to customer service. Brought the vehicle in for annual service and the service advisor comp The service department appears to be uninviting in regards to customer service. Brought the vehicle in for annual service and the service advisor completed inputing all the information, (did not ask if I had any other issues with car). Then I remember an issue with the car and while we walked to the vehicle and I showed him the problem he commented I wished you have told me this before now I have to redo inputing the information. As a long term customer or not...I felt I inconvenience him. I also did not get a call from the service department to let me know my car was ready for pick up on Friday. I called Saturday morning and the person working that day could not really explain what they found with the broken pieces I found in the car when I bought the car. More

Oil change on 1 year old suv When I bought my X3 from this dealership last year I was very impressed with their service, as I had after factor additions I wanted installed. But I When I bought my X3 from this dealership last year I was very impressed with their service, as I had after factor additions I wanted installed. But I wasn’t very impressed this time. Granted I did arrive 20 mins late, but the service rep made it very clear that bc of that my 1 1/2 hour oil change would now take 4 hours. Thankfully I had a ride bc I was there at 1120 and was not called until 450 saying my car would be done in 15 mins. He was pretty rude, which I would understand if there were a bunch of people waiting, but I was the only customer and car in sight. Overall, not at all impressed with the service I received. *** I want to update my review because after it was submitted I was contacted immediately by Kevin Risley. He wanted to address my experience. He apologized and said the service rep I dealt with has been spoken to. He is a new employee and is still learning. This effort on behalf of Kevin was unexpected and I appreciate his actions. More

Outstanding service center. I just wanted to get the word out that my experience with Kevin and this service center was excellent! I called in regards to my vehicle and Kevin I just wanted to get the word out that my experience with Kevin and this service center was excellent! I called in regards to my vehicle and Kevin said to bring it on in and he would take a look (no scheduled appointment) just one day later (due to parts needing to be ordered) I was back on the road. I was provided shuttle service and received my car washed and back to 100%. The shop is immaculate, the employees very professional and the customer service is top notch. Thank you very much Kevin for fixing and getting my car back to me so quickly and providing me with truly outstanding service. More

You are stuck with them. This is the only BMW service center within 300 miles, so you do not have a choice nor is there any other real competition. Therefore the service is f This is the only BMW service center within 300 miles, so you do not have a choice nor is there any other real competition. Therefore the service is fine, but they are extremely over priced. It is amazing the about a year ago they recommended that I needed new breaks and I looked at them and they appeared to be fine. This time my brakes are just fine. Air filter suggested replacement at 53.95. The most expensive filter I could find on line was 27.00. Same with the cabin air filter at 76.00 and the cost of the filter is between 22.00 to 36.00. Considering how much work it is to change these (heck they opened it up to look at them) why so much in cost. Naturally I said no to these items because I can to it my self. I do have a good mechanical background and usually only take the vehicle in for work that I do not have time to do my self or it requires special tools, or the computer diagnostics. More
