Repairing cut in back seat. I appreciated the service manager, Bob (Robert?). He made it seem very important to do whatever he could to take care if my problem. Also, I wish I could remember the young service guy who helped me. His office is about 2 from the front. He is very accommodating and made sure I had a rental to run my errands. As usually, they were very professional and kind. The only thing that always frustrates me is that when I drive in for service I have to wait around for help. This time I went inside and waited about 10 minutes. I realize they are busy, but that has always been a source of frustration. More

Turned a recall into a pleasant experience Received a recall notice (turned into multiple items) and from the first phone call the people were great to work with. Changed appointment times as we needed as we had to travel two states and a time zone. Beautiful building, very clean site, including sales lot and service area, I looked. People were friendly but business ready, had two very pleasant personal discussions with the General Manager and must say they removed any apprehension I felt about how the day would play out. In short the People were GREAT the site was far nicer than any other dealership I've visited recently. More

Issue solved with great customer service I bought my BMW X-5 from a different dealership, and moved up to Spokane shortly after. I had never dealt with this dealership before, so when my X-5 I bought my BMW X-5 from a different dealership, and moved up to Spokane shortly after. I had never dealt with this dealership before, so when my X-5 suddenly had a rear hatch issue, I was curious about the kind of sevice I would get compared to the dealership I purchased it from, because they were pretty great. I was pleasantly surprised that the Spokane BMW dealership dealt with my issue expediently, efficiently, and with minimal impact to myself. They were knowledgeable and willing to help in ways I have rarely seen with other manufacturer dealerships before. I would highly recommend anyone in the Spokane area to look them up, because their level of customer service is bar none the best I’ve seen in a long time. I will definitely continue to allow my vehicle to be serviced by them. Overall, great experience with their service department. More
