How they turned a 0 rating to a 10 I left my z4 for an oil leak and recall it needed to be left for a few days as a part needed to be ordered. I was out of town and Scott left a messag I left my z4 for an oil leak and recall it needed to be left for a few days as a part needed to be ordered. I was out of town and Scott left a message asking me to call the next call on my machine was the police giving me a case number for a stolen car. I called Scott and he said my car had been stolen the police found my car before I returned home and Scott took over and got the car back to the dealer and thourghly inspected every inch of the car inside and out, he had the car detailed inside and out he replaced all the items that were in the car that weren’t there when the car was recovered. Including the license plates. All the work was completed on the car and it looks as good as new. Scott was attentive, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. Outside of one little glitch ( the car being stolen) everything was perfect. More

Awesome Experience My husband has had his eye on the BMW X-3 for me for several months, I love and still drive my X-5 which we bought new in 2001, also from BMW Spokane My husband has had his eye on the BMW X-3 for me for several months, I love and still drive my X-5 which we bought new in 2001, also from BMW Spokane. I wasn’t ready for a new car until recently when he found the “perfect” car and laid out about ten reasons why we should make this purchase now. He convinced me to at least test drive the X-3. Adel met us and took us on a test drive, expertly helping us experience the amazing features of this car. Adel was very professional, friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle, which is a dream to drive. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. The following week we returned to buy the car. Adel efficiently walked us through the purchasing and finance steps and made this a very easy purchase for us. Once again, our experience with BMW Spokane couldn’t have been better and we couldn’t be happier. More
