All of my questions were answered and I was never left looking for help. I cornered a member of the sales team (Tom Sparks) to ask about the new models and, even though I'm not currently in the market for a new BMW, he was very informative. In summary, the entire facility had a more family-like atmosphere than I had experienced in the past. (My wife was surprised and thrilled that the car came home washed.) More

Great service and I love their snack basket full of cookies! Kevin in service always comes through for us. He gets our vehicle in and out in a very timely manner.
