Great service for unfortunate circumstances My 2006 X5 has had quite a few problems (we bought it used, elsewhere) but when we came to Camp BMW with no appointment on our way to vacation, they f My 2006 X5 has had quite a few problems (we bought it used, elsewhere) but when we came to Camp BMW with no appointment on our way to vacation, they fit us in for emergency service. Got us on the road again in just a few hours, and they were good about following up with us later. Unfortunately my engine needs to be replaced, which we have chosen not to do at this point. But the work and diagnoses we received were great. I would definitely recommend the service department to others in the future. More

Good and bad...... Very helpful team during the visits to test and talk about the vehicle. Always friendly. However, the sales team dropped the ball on the handoff of the vehicle to me. I made arrangement on the weekend to have my wife join me to pick up the car on the following Monday in the evening. Was told 'no problem'. I double checked on Monday afternoon and was told 'good to go'. We showed up to a shocked expression on the lead salesperson's face. He said that no one told him to have the vehicle ready that night and it was not possible to be ready. (At first we thought he was teasing.) We went ahead and paid for the car that evening and completed the paperwork....but even that involved sitting around for 45 minutes or so of waiting. The car was to be delivered Tuesday. Turns out it was very late on Tuesday because the checkout that I had requested days before had still not been done as of late afternoon. I was getting a bit nervous about having turned over the money and now seeing things drag out with no car in hand. The car was delivered very clean and with a full fuel tank. I appreciate that. And the car has been satisfactory through these first few days. And to repeat; everyone was very friendly and courteous. Just that the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. More
