Amazing No Pressure I walked into BMW pretty certain of what I wanted, as I had been online shopping for weeks on weeks. Shockingly enough I came in for an Acura. Adel wa I walked into BMW pretty certain of what I wanted, as I had been online shopping for weeks on weeks. Shockingly enough I came in for an Acura. Adel was my salesman, and he was the best one my husband and I have ever dealt with. It was very easy and relaxed and he took us on 4 test drives in 4 different vehicles. I was pretty sold on the Acura, but then he slightly hinted at a similar BMW that was in my price range and had similar miles and more features! I thought, might as well test drive one! Low and behold I was sold after 3 seconds of driving that car! I am now a proud owner of a 2016 x3, and I LOVE IT. Being able to have a car (let alone BMW) that met ALL of my needs and then some, (when I wasn't even looking for one) is truly amazing. Adel even stayed late the next day to wait for me to get off work and sign all the paperwork. Truly puts their customers first! The mechanics worked together to extract it so as to not have to pull our supercharger to get access from below. They worked so hard to do the repair at the lowest cost to me. Had they needed to remove supercharger my bill would have been $800 more Thank you for your professionalism. More
