Very Nice but Not Well Prepared I brought my 2007 E90 in for 4 factory recalls. I called and scheduled the appointment 2 weeks in advance. BMW was well aware of the recalls needed I brought my 2007 E90 in for 4 factory recalls. I called and scheduled the appointment 2 weeks in advance. BMW was well aware of the recalls needed so I was surprised when they said they did not have the sensor part needed for one of the recalls. This led to a 2nd trip and it is not all that easy to have my husband follow me from the valley to BMW, drop me off at work and then ask my co-workers to take me back at the end of the day. Upon my 2nd retrieval of my car, they notified me one of the techs accidentally broke a plastic piece so now the leather bolster on my seat will not stay retracted. They were very forthcoming with that information and everyone was very nice, however....I now have to make yet another trip and endure more inconvenience. 3 trips is a bit excessive that could have been resolved with a little more preparedness of the work and parts needed. More

Kevin squeezed me in between appointments and had me on my way in one very quick pit stop. The attitude of all the staff is remarkable compared to my home town BMW. The little things like the receptionist that walked me to the service desk. (Not scowl and point like back home) Being asked to sit at another reps desk while Kevin finished up with another client. The sales staff love cars and it’s evident as they are happy to just chat. I even considered buying another car while I was there. Recommend this dealership. It was a nice break from the pretentious, self absorbed, over entitled twitts at my home location. If I only lived 400 miles closer. Keep up the good work over there. You give us Bimmer loyalists in Canada somthing to hope for. More

That was the only inconvenience. I was very surprised there was no offer of a car, my warranty allows for it. Also thought it would come back vacuumed and clean. Other than those 2 things I was happy with everything else. More
Best detail yet! My jeep unfortunately had to sit outside for four months without the top on. In that time it collected an obscene amount of dust and pollen. My seats had actually turned a brand new color, a gross pollen yellow. Not to mention, I also have two dogs that I take with me whenever I'm able, one which sheds white hair like crazy. BMW of Spokane's detailing department is AMAZING and Scott (the service advisor) is very easy to work with. My jeep looked stunning. My seats looked brand new and I couldn't find a speck of dog hair in the entire vehicle. More
