I don’t mind the charge itself in a sense I signed the handwritten note that was presented to me showing the $299 charge that could happen. My main point is how did we get there and that is because you are losing money as you mentioned when we had the discussion on how and if I could get my wheels swap in the future. Since the note was only mentioning the storage I mentioned my 2 free oil changes a year and you started to yell at me that your are losing money on oil changes. My point was as a customer to optimize my 1.5 hour drive twice a year to the dealership. So instead of trying to optimize service needs your goal is now to try to recover from services that make you lose money. I appreciate your time and hope this feedback is helpful.
