Coming from Patrick a service manager, the service is losing money over oil changes and probably on 4 years included services on new vehicles. In my opinion they are going to recommend additional mainten losing money over oil changes and probably on 4 years included services on new vehicles. In my opinion they are going to recommend additional maintenance on the vehicles that they can charge at a premium charge. So be aware! My personal experience is that the recommended an alignment check, even if I mentioned that I did not feel anything I still signed the 300$ alignment fee they might charge if they needed to perform the alignment. In the end of course they charged me. The charge was close to double a normal alignment charge, and the alignment issues were minimal so definitely could have waited. They used to call but now they just make you sign before so you will probably always be charged. In other words, we still need to go there, especially with recent vehicles under BMW maintenance, but know that they don't like it and they will try to charge you extra. More

Declining Service & Poor Workmanship at BMW of Spokane I’ve been to BMW of Spokane multiple times in the past, but after this last experience, I won’t be returning. Their service has gone downhill, and the level of care they put into their work is seriously lacking. I brought my car in for repairs, and they had it for 11 days—far longer than expected. During previous visits, they provided a loaner vehicle, but this time they no longer offered one, forcing me to rent a car out of pocket. Since they kept extending the repair time, I ended up returning the rental, expecting my car to be properly fixed when I finally got it back. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. As soon as I picked it up, I noticed the engine wasn’t running correctly. On top of that, the check engine light came on, and the car had a rough idle—issues I never had before this visit. To make matters worse, they also failed to properly reinstall my door panel, showing a clear lack of attention to detail. For the amount of time and money I spent, I expected far better. Instead, I’m left wondering if my car was even diagnosed and repaired properly. This dealership used to provide quality service and customer care, but that’s clearly changed. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional place to service your BMW, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. More
