Felix and Scott, the technicians I have interacted with, have always maintained good communication and ensure I understand what is going on. My service advisers, Malcom and Kenny, always keep me updated and never surprise me with costs. Nicholaas, the loaner coordinator, makes sure I am happy with the vehicle I am provided and ensures he keeps in touch for anything I may need. Sure, independent shops may be a little cheaper, but you know when you walk out of BMW of Southpoint, you are know they will take care of you. More
