Great service department. I have a 2011 335is (which I purchased at the previous dealership, Performance BMW) in 2015. My service manager, Patricia Fradenburg, leads by example and goes out of her way to make sure all my repairs are handled appropriately. Felix and Scott, the technicians I have interacted with, have always maintained good communication and ensure I understand what is going on. My service advisers, Malcom and Kenny, always keep me updated and never surprise me with costs. Nicholaas, the loaner coordinator, makes sure I am happy with the vehicle I am provided and ensures he keeps in touch for anything I may need. Sure, independent shops may be a little cheaper, but you know when you walk out of BMW of Southpoint, you are know they will take care of you. More
