I have been coming to the dealership for service for a few years, and they keep getting better and better. They are very communicative and work hard to accommodate your schedule. I was out of town when few years, and they keep getting better and better. They are very communicative and work hard to accommodate your schedule. I was out of town when my CEL came on and they discussed with me to determine if I could make it back 300 miles to the dealership. We determined "yes" and they worked me in right away. Communication was on point with photos from the tech showing the issues they uncover. I'll keep coming back to see my service advisor Jason G. He is great! More

I currently have an X3M, but I have taken several vehicles to BMW Southpoint over the years and have always had great service. Malcolm Fields has always been wonderful to work with. My experience with the service department has been excellent. Nate reminded me of my state inspection due which I had forgotten and advised me about when to check my tires again. Terrific service. Was traveling and had an issue with my X5 late afternoon. They got us in next morning, resolved the problem and kept us updated throughout.
