I Stopped by BMW Southpoint in Durham, NC to have my vehicle serviced. This dealership is an hour and a half away from where I live. When I arrived, Malcolm was the individual who helped me. Not only did they do a great job I took the time to go to the mall and eat lunch. While I was waiting one of the technicians who was working on my vehicle took a video of my vehicles undercarriage so that I could visually see what condition my vehicle was in. The technician took his time to clearly describe what he was looking at and why he was checking it. I am very pleased with the service provided to me by BMW SouthPoint. Josh explained the additional work that was required, gave me alternatives for less money, and suggested what might happen in the future for each alternative presented. Being an engineer, I like the detailed explanations and consequences Josh provided which enabled to make a decision that was best for me. Josh is calm, cool, and extremely professional. I like working with Josh and look forward to working w/ him again in the future. BTW, I like the special treatment of a car wash and the floor vacuum as part of the service provided.
