Took my vehicle to BMW Southpoint for a recall update. Vehicle was promised in three days. On inquiry on the fourth day, no work had been done on it. Very quick to be checked in. The dealership was very clean and had an area for children. Which was very nice because I had to bring my 5 year old. Always treat their customers wonderfully. They are competent with their handling of the auto's needs (repairs and/or maintenance), and are friendly and respectful with their customers.
