I went in for an oil change and booked 3 weeks in advance to get a loaner as last time they were not able to diagnose or fix a door creaking sound. Received a BMW 5 series that had never been washed or vacuumed. Nice car, but dirty. I got my car back on the date promised, my car was cleaned and the this time they were able to diagnose and the door creaking and apply a fix. Still need to drive it more to make sure it was addressed. People at the dealership were very friendly More

I had to get a loaner for service being done to my car, Katelyn made the whole process super easy! William from sales originally helped with my car purchase and got me into a car I absolutely love. You will be taken care of if you come here! The waiting area is very nice and accommodates remote work by providing tables with plugs and plenty of space. Highly recommend!!! More

I've been going to this dealership for the last 9 years for service needs pertaining to my new BMW 328 diesel I bought in 2014. For the first 5-6 years, the service department was reliable, communicated w for service needs pertaining to my new BMW 328 diesel I bought in 2014. For the first 5-6 years, the service department was reliable, communicated well, and fair with pricing. However, in the last 2 years or so reliability and communication has broken down a lot. Sometimes services weren't actually completed and I would have to go back multiple times to get things down. Sometimes for even simple things like oil changes, diesel fluid top off would require my car to stay more than 1 day at the dealership and I wouldn't be told this upfront. I had service completed yesterday and the service rep named Autumn was much more communicative and friendly than other service reps I've dealt with in the last few years. Overall, she made sure the work was completed and even made sure my car was cleaned (washed and vacuumed) before I left. The complimentary washing and vacuuming hadn't taken place in the last couple of years - not sure why..... So I have very MIXED views on this dealership now. I'm sad by this as I'm not sure I'll buy another car from this dealership in the future. Expect a mix bag of service experience. Some really good (like yesterday) and others a nightmare. More
