Genius Southpoint BMW technicians / diagnosticians are worth their weight in gold, IMO. Brought in my mature X-5 for: (1) check engine light and (2) a previously baffling undercarriage rattle. I am so grateful that the technician was able to find the well-hidden cause of the rattle and fix it. It took a lot of knowledge and perseverance to do so. My X-5 has a lot of hard (NJ) miles on it so I wanted to be sure there wasn't a really bad problem lurking (thankfully there wasn't). Anyway, I am delighted in the service and recommend Southpoint BMW highly to anyone. They take the same care with my older car as they do with my 2022. Consistently great service! More

Service options for routine maintenance are to wait at the dealer for the service to be completed and waste 3 to 4 hours of my day or drop off the car and not have it for 2 days. When I questioned why I couldn’t get the car back the same day after dropping it off early in the morning, I was given a xx answer that it is industry standard. That was insulting implying that I’m an idiot for believing him. I own 2 BMWs a Lexus and a Porsche and I assure you that is not industry standard. Your service advisors need to consider that customers are not that gullible. Also, the bad rating is for terrible communication where the service advisor did not bother to update me at the end of the day, and I had to call the next day. In addition, my wife was copied on a text the following day where I was referred to as “this guy”. I’m sure it wasn’t meant to be shared, but it was. A terrible experience. Hope to hear from the service manager, but not holding my breath. Then I get a text to rate the service a 5 to win a prize. You’ve got to be kidding! More

I went in for an oil change and booked 3 weeks in advance to get a loaner as last time they were not able to diagnose or fix a door creaking sound. Received a BMW 5 series that had never been washed or vacuumed. Nice car, but dirty. I got my car back on the date promised, my car was cleaned and the this time they were able to diagnose and the door creaking and apply a fix. Still need to drive it more to make sure it was addressed. People at the dealership were very friendly More
