They truly value customer service which is rare to find these days. I own a 2022 BMW X3, I drove from Connecticut to North Carolina to search house. My car showed drive train malfunction while driving to NC. I was nervous as this was a brand new car and only had 4K miles on it. I took it to BMW of Southpoint, Harold Harris was the service manager, he took my car order the part which was supposed to be replaced and also did everything to provide me a loaner. Trust me getting a loner these days is hard because of the chip shortage. from uber ride to loaner I have experienced a beautiful and stress-free service.
