Every thing has been very accommodating from Southpoint, from the service center facilities to all the Representatives. My service required the service center keeping my car a couple days, I requested that from the service center facilities to all the Representatives. My service required the service center keeping my car a couple days, I requested that they provide me with a SUV and even though loaners where in short supply, they were able to accommodate me as I am a tall older guy. Harold provided updates over the multiple days and the video from the technician about the service was very helpful. More
