There was an original problem with a service request but the dealer took great pains to go above & beyond correcting the situation. Not many dealers of any make or model would have pleased me more with but the dealer took great pains to go above & beyond correcting the situation. We are very happy with our new BMW X5. The sales process at Southpoint BMW was smooth, seamless, and professional. In full transparency we did experience some bumps in the road immediately post-sales with accessory installations. This was primarily due to non-professional behavior on the part of one person in the process. There was a strong effort by the Southpoint team all the way up to general manager to recover from this unexpected behavior, and I feel confident that we will receive the top notch service we would expect going forward. It's always nice when things go perfectly, but it also says a lot about a business when they are willing to own up to mistakes and make a commitment to do better. More

I took my X7 for a scheduled maintenance at the Southpoint BMW. Every step of the way, everyone was efficient, professional and courteous, providing updates so that I didn’t have to wonder. The minute I brought my car in I was greeted by my service advisor, Malcolm Fields, who addressed me by my name. Impressive because I hadn’t seen Malcolm for several months. There was some confusion a service advisor, Malcolm Fields, who addressed me by my name. Impressive because I hadn’t seen Malcolm for several months. There was some confusion as to what service my car needed due to my car’s computer system’s alerts. Malcolm explained possible issues and their solutions. Within the hour it was diagnosed that my car needed the front brake pads replaced and, if so, the parts would have to be ordered and wouldn’t be delivered until the following day. A video of the service inspection was provided showing the worn brake pads. I was notified through a text message as to whether I wanted to proceed with replacing the front brake pads. Of course, I opted to have them replaced and Malcolm offered to get an Uber to take me home and bring me back when my car was ready. I decided to drive my car home and bring it back when they got the parts. When they got my car ready to go, Malcolm was busy with another service customer so Josh Randle stepped in and help check me out. Both Malcolm Fields and Josh Randle are the epitome of excellence in their field. More
