Southpoint BMW actually assisted me with a recall on my older BMW 328, they scheduled the appointment and ordered the part from the manufacturer. I was given 5 star service once again when I brought my 330i Xdrive in for new tires and an alignment. Nate Gibson also explained the recall for the coolant vent line on my car thoroughly. Great experience working with Anthony Scott and team in the Service Department. They completed my service and inspection ahead of schedule and even dispatched an Uber to come pick me up since the dealer s the Service Department.
