I had passed on recommended services only to receive emails and postcard with a discount to have it completed. When I went in, they said under no circumstances would they honor that offer which was over emails and postcard with a discount to have it completed. The service department (specifically Alex) kept me abreast all updates on my vehicles status while in the service bay.
