I had passed on recommended services only to receive emails and postcard with a discount to have it completed. When I went in, they said under no circumstances would they honor that offer which was over emails and postcard with a discount to have it completed. When I went in, they said under no circumstances would they honor that offer which was over $600 more than I could get at an independent location. They wasted over 1 hour of my day to not even try to make it right. More
Jessica was sales advisor was extremely courteous and always responded promptly to text messages. While exchanging messages- it actually felt I am talking to human with no bss framed sentences or policy always responded promptly to text messages. The service department (specifically Alex) kept me abreast all updates on my vehicles status while in the service bay.
