BMW of Southpoint , is my favorite dealer to work with I have purchased over 8 cars from them over the years and I continue to come back because of the staff !! I have been a customer at BMW Southpoint for the last five years. I have had a number if visits to the service department in that time and one thing has been consistent, they never say no! First time BMW owner with a used/certified M850i. I had some problems with false alerts for brake wear and took the car to BMW of Southpoint. I have never experienced service like this before. From checking in, to having the issue fixed and getting an email with a video of the findings from the technician it was great experience. I also have to give a shout out to the service department manager, Patricia Fradenburg who takes a personal and active interest in the satisfaction of her customers and was kind enough to show me the BMW diagnostics screens which they use (which was really interesting) while she was covering for her team on a Saturday morning .
