I've visited twice looking for a car and although they never had exactly what I wanted on the lot Client Advisor Paula McMaster was simply outstanding. Her product knowledge and explanations of vehicle se never had exactly what I wanted on the lot Client Advisor Paula McMaster was simply outstanding. Her product knowledge and explanations of vehicle settings and features really helped me understand what equipment I should consider and the differences in the different technologies and various year models. Paula was never in a rush and tried to locate cars in their network that might fit my wants and needs. Her followups were timely and always addressed any concerns I expressed. Although I eventually found and purchased what I wanted from another dealer the next time I'm looking I'd certainly start with Paula at this dealership. More

BMW of Southpoint , is my favorite dealer to work with I have purchased over 8 cars from them over the years and I continue to come back because of the staff !!
