I've visited twice looking for a car and although they never had exactly what I wanted on the lot Client Advisor Paula McMaster was simply outstanding. Her product knowledge and explanations of vehicle settings and features really helped me understand what equipment I should consider and the differences in the different technologies and various year models. Paula was never in a rush and tried to locate cars in their network that might fit my wants and needs. Her followups were timely and always addressed any concerns I expressed. Although I eventually found and purchased what I wanted from another dealer the next time I'm looking I'd certainly start with Paula at this dealership. More

BMW of Southpoint , is my favorite dealer to work with I have purchased over 8 cars from them over the years and I continue to come back because of the staff !! The Sales department ( ED Hagen ) is a wonderful person to work with very honest and not pushy at all . Highly Recommend ! But I have to give a shout out for the best Service Advisor in the whole Hendrick origination "Jessica McCaffrey" I rate her professionalism 10 stars . She is a total asset to the Dealership . I have been a customer at BMW Southpoint for the last five years. I have had a number if visits to the service department in that time and one thing has been consistent, they never say no!
