After a recent service visit to BMW Southpoint, I learned the importance of regular vehicle maintenance. Like most people, I don't like spending money on things I don't need. I brought my 2018 430i in for an the importance of regular vehicle maintenance. Like most people, I don't like spending money on things I don't need. I brought my 2018 430i in for an oil change and recommended brake fluid service. My service advisor, Anthony Scott told me I should also do a coolant flush. I was skeptical but I said go ahead and do it. After getting my car back and driving home, the car felt different. The acceleration was smoother, and the power band had seemed to increase. At first I thought it was my imagination but it continued the next day. After questioning one of the service managers, Jeff Clark, he explained that a complete flush of the coolant system allows the car to operate at a better temperature thereby making all the systems more efficient. It now makes sense to me. Kudos to the entire team at BMW Southpoint and the way they treat their customers and their cars. Premium cars like BMW are all about regular maintenance. The folks at BMW Southpoint want their customers to have the best experience with their cars every day. Go see them, you will not be disappointed. More

I worked with Jordan Jones in the service department. He was very pleasant and efficient and worked quickly to resolve a payment issue. I've visited twice looking for a car and although they never had exactly what I wanted on the lot Client Advisor Paula McMaster was simply outstanding. Her product knowledge and explanations of vehicle settings and features really helped me understand what equipment I should consider and the differences in the different technologies and various year models. Paula was never in a rush and tried to locate cars in their network that might fit my wants and needs. Her followups were timely and always addressed any concerns I expressed. Although I eventually found and purchased what I wanted from another dealer the next time I'm looking I'd certainly start with Paula at this dealership. More
