The best dealership when it comes to sales and service. I have obviously dealt more with the service side and I am extremely happy with the quality of service I have received. It is obvious that the culture of this organization is one of building long term relationships. This can only be achieved by having your clients trust you and providing your clients with a high level of service. BMW of Southpoint has achieved both of these for me. Well all I can say is their service department and advisor Jessica are just wonderful. Extremely attentive to my needs and car always comes out with everything done and extremely clean. I am ALL ABOUT SETTING UP appointments online. So what I know: I absolutely chose to wait bc I'm thinking a service due light Lena's an oil change. At that point of making apt they send you emails So what I know: I absolutely chose to wait bc I'm thinking a service due light Lena's an oil change. At that point of making apt they send you emails and texts every 6 hours. Guess what !! I don't read them bc I know what I set up and don't need a reminder .apparently my request for a wait apt was changed to drop off apt. So I'm all set right?? No, they send even more texts and emails with minutia I assume. When I come in fully anticipating to wait, and they changed it. I am screwed bc I'm heading out of town. If your gonna use technology figure out how to make it actually work?! More
I am absolutely blown away by our purchase experience! This is THE BEST dealership I have ever purchased from for many, many reasons! I first made contact with Brittany in internet sales but was admittedl This is THE BEST dealership I have ever purchased from for many, many reasons! I first made contact with Brittany in internet sales but was admittedly shopping around and worked a deal at another dealer, only to result in the car being sold during the process. I then called BMW of Southpoint, was referred to Curtis, the finance manager, and he was able/willing to work a deal over the phone with me, get me where I wanted to be, and did all of this with the utmost professionalism, patience, and kindness. Then, he set me up with Jonathan Monterossa, who is incredibly knowledgeable, laidback, and kind! When we arrived to the dealership, the in-store experience was fast and flawless! We went over the car and promptly traded in our car with no surprises in amount due on delivery (i.e., the trade value did not change). Tyler, another finance manager, signed us up and was non-pushy and hilarious! Another manager, Shawn, came in to meet us, and he was also welcoming and appreciative of our business! The dealership is immaculate, all of the salespeople and management operates as a team (which is rare), and I know that I am in good hands! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Bonus: the car (i4) is absolutely SICK! I am so so happy! Thank you all! More
