I was notified by BMW of Southpoint my 430i had two recalls. Jordan Jones took very good care of me. He was so polite and knowledgeable. They did not have rentals due to a shortage so he quickly called recalls. Jordan Jones took very good care of me. He was so polite and knowledgeable. They did not have rentals due to a shortage so he quickly called for an Uber for me to get home, and to get back to the dealership. They finished my recalls very quickly and even performed my inspection at my last minute request. The customer service is awesome, the waiting area is fabulous - with coffee, water, snacks, and convenient places to work remotely while you wait. I won't buy my BMWs anywhere else! More
