Beyond thrilled with how far the service team went to isolate my inconsistent noise issue. After initially not being able to diagnose the issue, they kept trying, even having the foreman drive the vehicl isolate my inconsistent noise issue. This is the best dealer I have ever encountered for service. I was traveling when a light came on the dash indicating a malfunction that needed immediate attention. After finding this was the closest d service. I was traveling when a light came on the dash indicating a malfunction that needed immediate attention. After finding this was the closest dealer along my route, I limped my vehicle to them only to be welcomed with open arms and empathy. I saw the busyness of their service area when I walked in, and thought this could be days before they are able to make an appointment for me car. Instead, they signed me in and told me to give them the day to try to work it in. They updated me at the end of the day letting me know a technician was working on it, but would need more time to diagnose the car. The following day I had a new update with a video from the technician, Nick, letting me know what was wrong with my car. Thankfully they had the parts on hand and could begin the installation upon my approval. Two hours later, Malcolm, texted me letting me know the car was repaired and had been test driven to ensure I was good to go. My home center is not nearly as big, or as well functioning as Southpoint BMW. This store is pristine, comfortable and accommodating with amenities, but the service personnel are superior to any I have ever met before. Friendly, prompt and wanting me back on the road as much as I wanted to be back on the road. They gave me recommendations for local hotels and restaurants and made me feel like I was their long time client....not a stranded motorist trying to shove my way into their schedule. I live 4 hours away, but am going to take the time to come back here for future service. Thank you Southpoint, you have a new fan and loyal client. More
