After dealing with some other poor dealership service centers, Malcolm Fields and techs did a phenomenal job taking care of me and my vehicle. Having to have work done is never fun, but they made it eas centers, Malcolm Fields and techs did a phenomenal job taking care of me and my vehicle. Having to have work done is never fun, but they made it easy, transparent and clear. Patricia runs an awesome shop, and their service is top-notch for ANY repair center, especially as dealership repair centers go. They went out of their way to make me feel special and took care of the issues. Highly recommended. More

COMPLETE ENGINE FAILURE ON A BRAND NEW 2024’ x6. PURCHASED FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. They will not stand behind their product!! While I acknowledge the intricacies involved in the automotive industry, the absence of forthrightness from both BMW North America and Southpoint BMW is deeply troubling. The expectation for me to accept the vehicle back without a clear explanation or a pathway for a full refund or replacement only deepens the frustration. It appears there is a concerted effort to persuade me to embrace ownership of a vehicle in need of major repair, a scenario that is both confounding and disconcerting. Given the substantial financial investment of over $80,000 in this vehicle, there exists a justified expectation of honesty and integrity in the resolution process. The prospect of an entire engine replacement on a brand-new vehicle challenges the trust one places in the brand. It is this trust that underlines my plea for a candid and fair resolution to this matter. More
