The expectation for me to accept the vehicle back without a clear explanation or a pathway for a full refund or replacement only deepens the frustration. It appears there is a concerted effort to persuade me to embrace ownership of a vehicle in need of major repair, a scenario that is both confounding and disconcerting. Given the substantial financial investment of over $80,000 in this vehicle, there exists a justified expectation of honesty and integrity in the resolution process. The prospect of an entire engine replacement on a brand-new vehicle challenges the trust one places in the brand. It is this trust that underlines my plea for a candid and fair resolution to this matter. More
