I brought my car in for a check on one of its features and also minor body repair. Although I had to use two different reps because of the two different service needs, the entire visit was well-coordinate and also minor body repair. I got a primo loaner car (my car was there 6 days), courteous service and explanations for additional service needs. Many of those were under warranty but I did need two new tires. All was explained well and service was completed on time. My car is a performance car and I'm a novice so I really appreciate Performance BMW's attention to orienting the customer to what's going on. I would highly recommend Performance BMW and our salesman, Brad Wilson. I have owned many cars over many years, but I have never encountered an individual so responsible and dedicated to both car and customer. He is truly a gem, and having Rich at Performance even further elevates the enjoyment that I get from my M3 every day. More
