I brought my car into the dealership late in the day without an appointment. Even though all the appointments were filled for the day Patricia and Alex managed to squeeze me in because my car was not s without an appointment. The problem I had was more involved than it initially appeared to be, and so the repair could not be completed by the end of the day. Alex arranged for an Uber to drive me home and the work was completed the next day. My thanks to Patricia and Alex for all of their help. They truly showed that they care about their customers! More

I received a recall on my car. I called BMW at Southpoint and talked to April Vanhook. She set up a mobile tech to come to my house and make the repair. It doesn't matter if I am servicing my newest BMW (Mom's Treat: 2022 Atlantis Blue x-6 M50i) or my high mileage (and those are New Jersey miles) 2016 X-6 50i, I get the same great service. The team is friendly, communicates well and gets the job done effectively and efficiently. I was able to schedule my quick service easily, as well. I was even impressed with the technician's after service video. Everything was in good shape, but they observed a nuance regarding my tires and suggested I consider having them rotated front to back next time I am in. It was actually a very thoughtful video--and it gave me confidence in my vehicle (which is important to me). In any event, Patricia Fradenburg and Jessica McCaffrey were superb as always. I shouldn't admit this, but when I have time, I even secretly like spending an hour or so of quiet time in the dealership just to chill out. Crazy, eh? Anyway, recommend these good people highly! All the advisors (Nate, Josh, Jason) have been great. They do an exhaustive inspection of the car and document it on video. There are no gimmicks: you can see the video for yourself.
