The day my car was being worked on, he gave me timely updates & when my car was ready he even reached out to see if I needed transportation back! I’m not sure that I’ve ever had a service experience with a technician that was this wonderful or engaging from end to end! From start to finish it was an amazing experience. I even requested to have Nate Gibson listed as the service technician of record for my car! He should be the baseline that all other techs are measured by! Between my service with Nate and follow up text interaction with Jennifer Butler, I’m reminded why I purchased my X3M from Southpoint BMW. More
Just tried to schedule the service recommended by BMW and was told I will have to leave the car for 3-4 days just for a multi point inspection. I was also told it has to be left for 2-3 days at a minimum jus was told I will have to leave the car for 3-4 days just for a multi point inspection. I was also told it has to be left for 2-3 days at a minimum just for an oil change. Completely ridiculous, I will never buy another vehicle from them if they can’t manage a reasonable service center. The service rep was nice but acted like it is completely normal to drop your car off Wednesday morning and have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to get it back. For an oil change!!!! More
Nate Gibson made sure I got my vehicle in for service before my warranty expired. They were able to take care of my service on a Saturday and provided a Lyft for transportation! before my warranty expired. Honestly, I was just beginning to explore vehicles and while I had my eye on the X5, I can say I wasn't ready. This was truly a no-pressure sale, with attention and care which led me to a rather quick decision. The team there works well together, which makes it even better for the client. I love my new car, and I'm counting on the service experience to be equally as good as the sale was. Thanks Adam for exceptional service. More
