Fast, thorough, and efficient work on my 2021 X3 M40i ! Needed that railing recall, new windshield wiper blades and an oil change (to keep that 6-cyl purring). Love that these good folks demonstrate that they care about the cars as much as I do--even if they are not brand new. The explanations of the mechanics / technical items are clear and complete. Best of all, they don't assume that a more mature female doesn't want to hear the real details of any automotive issues. Bring it on, as they say! I have driven a BMW since 1992 (starting with my beloved red 525i with its manual transmission). That means I have experienced a number of BMW dealerships / service providers in at least 4 states. Southpoint BMW is, by FAR, the best. ALL the individuals are smart, customer-oriented, and just flat-out good people. Buyer Beware! BMW Southpoint will post inaccurate prices and descriptions. After we agreed upon an out the door price and I sent a deposit, they then called to say the price was inaccurate and that someone made a mistake in the price. As you can see from the photos (on facebook and google reviews), someone also posted in the description "PRICED TO MOVE" This 328d xDrive is priced $3200 below J.D. Power Retail. I do realize people make mistakes but this they acted like I was the one who had made the mistake and I should accept that we are all human. 10-4 on that but this is absolutely unacceptable. Any other business would be held accountable. More

I was out almost 4 days without my car if I had not come back on day 3 and picked it up. My service person Jeffrey Clark was awesome though and courteous and helped me feel better about the situation and he contacted me promptly to let me know when the tire had arrived and got me in and out the next day while I waited. More

I have had 32+ years of BMW ownership in PA, NJ, and now NC (for a total of 7 BMW dealerships). Southpoint BMW is, by far the best dealership I have ever experienced. Curtis Aldershof, the GM, runs a great organization. Wouldn't go anywhere else. More
