Best of all, they don't assume that a more mature female doesn't want to hear the real details of any automotive issues. Bring it on, as they say! I have driven a BMW since 1992 (starting with my beloved red 525i with its manual transmission). That means I have experienced a number of BMW dealerships / service providers in at least 4 states. As you can see from the photos (on facebook and google reviews), someone also posted in the description "PRICED TO MOVE" This 328d xDrive is priced $3200 below J.D. Power Retail. I do realize people make mistakes but this they acted like I was the one who had made the mistake and I should accept that we are all human. 10-4 on that but this is absolutely unacceptable. Any other business would be held accountable. More

I was out almost 4 days without my car if I had not come back on day 3 and picked it up. My service person Jeffrey Clark was awesome though and courteous and helped me feel better about the situation and he contacted me promptly to let me know when the tire had arrived and got me in and out the next day while I waited. More
