No artificial or exaggerated sales pitch. Worked patiently with me to work out all details for the vehicle and worked to get me the best deal on the vehicle. Would strongly recommend BMW of South Atlanta and John Crespo if you are looking to buy a BMW. Just ask for John Crespo as your customer service rep. Janane from the finance department too was very professional and handled the paperwork very efficiently and with a pleasant smile always. However this showroom needs to improve their vehicle servicing quality standards. Although the vehicle servicing staff is very professional and courteous , I got a feeling that they lacked knowledge on technical front. More

Basic service and recall repairs ends in $4000.00 repair bil The worst service ever!! We took a car in for routine service ($500) and recall fixes. Ended up with $4k in repairs after 2 weeks. The service was The worst service ever!! We took a car in for routine service ($500) and recall fixes. Ended up with $4k in repairs after 2 weeks. The service was a simple oil changed. Service tech Tim Walker was clueless. After initial fix, we didn't make it home before check engine light came on (check engine light never came on before service. EVER!!). We took car back and service tech assured us it was the battery. We paid $486 for battery. Before we could get car home check engine light came on again. We brought car back a second day. Service perform "something" and before we could get car home again "check engine light " came on again and now car was making a sound similar to a bird twirping. We took car back for a third day in a row. They reviewed and suddenly we're told the car required $4400 dollars in repairs!! Unbelievable!! There was absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle on initial visit. The car only had 70k miles. It took another FULL 13-days from the time of the initial visit until the vehicle was ready for pickup. BMW offered no courtesy vehicle or anything. This experience was an absolute nightmare. I'm still of the belief that the service department screwed up our car fixing recall items and stuck us with a $4k bill. Unbelievable. This is undoubtedly our 1st and Last visit to BMW South and our last BMW purchase. Never again!!! More
