Service department is awful. They never answer their phones, call always go to voicemail which is always full. On the day that I was there to drop my vehicle off, it was a hurry up and wait. I don’t like visiting dealerships for service but I must say every time I visit BMW of South Atlanta have been very pleasant. I had an appointment and was seen as soon as I got there. He an outstanding job giving me details of everything that need to be service and the cost. When cost changed he made sure that I was okay with the changes . I don’t say this lightly. In the past my experience with service person haven’t gone that way.. I only saw the service person that I had an appointment with at checkout, he was at lunch. Thing couldn’t been any better.
