Service department is awful. They never answer their phones, call always go to voicemail which is always full. On the day that I was there to drop my vehicle off, it was a hurry up and wait. I don’t like visiting dealerships for service but I must say every time I visit BMW of South Atlanta have been very pleasant. I had an appointment and was seen as soon as I got there. Although, I was late. say every time I visit BMW of South Atlanta have been very pleasant. I had an appointment and was seen as soon as I got there. Although, I was late. The young man who wait on me was very friendly and professional.. With me running behind I was helped by some one else. He an outstanding job giving me details of everything that need to be service and the cost. When cost changed he made sure that I was okay with the changes . I don’t say this lightly. In the past my experience with service person haven’t gone that way.. I only saw the service person that I had an appointment with at checkout, he was at lunch. Thing couldn’t been any better. To be honest buying a car is something I don’t look forward to, because it usually takes hours and my wife will tell you that patient is not one of my virtues. I am now the proud owner of a BMW X3e. I don’t mind telling you I bought the car as the COVID-19 pandemic was winding down and staff was short for many businesses including BMW of South Atlanta. Yet they made my experience very pleasant. I honestly feel like a valued customer and will definitely buy it from them in the future. It was time to change the oil and brake fluid in my BMW. Justin was the service advisor who assisted me. He was professional, friendly and responsive. This has been the worst customer service I have experience in my life. If Service Advisor Bryce Hahs is a reflection of SONS Automotive Group/BMW of South Atlanta then customer service is not numbe experience in my life. If Service Advisor Bryce Hahs is a reflection of SONS Automotive Group/BMW of South Atlanta then customer service is not number one on your priority list. Hahs is very unprofessional and attempts to talk do to customers especially the African Americans. Hahs did not provide me with updates on my vehicle until I got the service manager involved. When question about issues Hahs hung the phone up on me and would not return my calls. When I asked about a loaner vehicle Hahs stated those vehicles are for people who have a warranty not for people like you. Well I do have a warranty and had to get the service manager involved to get a loaner vehicle. I have many friends and family who use your facility and will direct they to other facilities who value customer service. Formal letters of this experience will be sent to individuals who need to know how this experience seems to be acceptable. More
