I was very pleased with service provided by Joseph Robbins and others at BMW South Atlanta on 11/10/22. My X3 was due for a vehicle check/inspection. They recommended a coolant flush, tires and and alignment. I wanted to compare prices for tires so I approved the coolant flush and alignment. Joseph spoke to me afterwards, advising that the alignment be performed after tires are replaced. I appreciated this advice; it saved me money. Also, Joseph kept me apprised of the status of the vehicle, was courteous, and got me in and out in a reasonable time. I will ask for him when I return for future appointments. Overall, service was excellent, the facility is clean, and seating is comfortable. More
