I visited BMW South Atlanta Friday, November 20, 2009 around 2 p.m. I chose this dealership after having had a not-so positive experience at BMW Macon. When I arrived, Mr. Diep was paged and immediatel around 2 p.m. I chose this dealership after having had a not-so positive experience at BMW Macon. When I arrived, Mr. Diep was paged and immediately greeted my husband and me. We were escorted to his office and he clarified my needs again, as we had been corresponding via email for several weeks prior to my visit. He showed me what I asked for and took the time to explain the differences in my three choices. The test drive was wonderful and I knew rather quickly that Khoi would sell me a BMW that day. I still wasn't sure about the color choices but Khoi went over my selections and we took another trip to look at all three again. After the second trip, I knew I would which one I liked and was ready to begin the "dreaded" financial aspect of my visit. Surprisingly, the financial process was just as seamless, if not more so, than the rest of my visit at BMW South Atlanta. There was no pressure, no haggling and no mystery Finance Manager hiding in a far away office. Khoi presented the pricing information in a clear concise easy to understand format. Whenever we raised a question, he treated us professionally and courteously and saw to our every need. Khoi was the ultimate professional and a true representative of BMW USA and South Atlanta. My husband and I had such a wonderful experience that I'm sure we will be long time loyal BMW owners! Kudos to you for hiring such a wonderfully intuitive person such as Khoi! Khoi Diep made my purchase of a new 328i a great experience. Khoi is professional, knowledgable, courteous, and caring. He did a great job putting me in a new BMW. Khoi spent the time to introduce me and my wife to all the new options on the 328I, demonstrated their use, and watched me as I performed the tasks. I am overall very satisfied with my first BMW purchase experience. All the staff was friendly and willing to help. I never felt pressured by my salesman Khoi, he was very patient and knowledgeable. We knew we wanted a MINI but when you buy one they all are so different you have to find one with the features you want. Terry Huddleston went above and beyond to make sure I had the MINI that had EVERY are so different you have to find one with the features you want. Terry Huddleston went above and beyond to make sure I had the MINI that had EVERY feautre that I wanted!! He went above and beyond when I had questions, taking pictures of examples for me. (I live 3 hours from Atlanta so seeing the features was done by e-mails only) If I had a question, he had an answer to my e-mail usually within 15 minutes. It was overall just a GREAT experience in purchasing my MINI. More

I regret not being able to recall names of others, tho Amanda comes to mind as she came over to chat with us when Mr. Vidal had another customer at his desk. Very personable and helpful young woman. The right "retail attitude" is an art, and not everyone has the talent. Requires adjusting to customer, of course, but if one isn't genuinely a "people person," the insincerity ultimately shows through. What was especially noteworthy in Mr. Vidal's approach was his passion for the MINI Cooper marque and motoring in general. This was evident in his almost instantaneous responses to our (no doubt too many!) email and telephone inquiries, and in his in-depth knowledge of cars, from MINI's to all the competitors, thus permitting him to comment with credibility on competitors. He deftly walked the line of "selling" MINI's without trashing competitors. Sophisticated customers appreciate that. We not only "would" refer others to your dealership because of Mr. Vidal, we already have and expect to so soon again and often as Kathi gets constant comments on her new convertible. Since purchasing my MINI from MoSA, I've had only the Very Best service. I like the fact that the Motoring Advisors not only drive MINIs but owns them. MoSA is serious when it comes to the experience of joining the MINI family. From the naming, to the waving, to the various clubs (including the MoSA MINI Owners Club). They know, just as I that MINI is more than just a car. I like that. So- in closing. Though I live in Northern Alabama, with many (no pun intended) choices for Service. I'll come back to MoSA, because I like the way they do what they do. More
I had been in contact with two other BMW dealerships. I wanted to trade in my 2005 Volvo for a BMW. The other two dealerships were not helpful or timely in their response to my contacting them. They gave me a good price on the trade-in and worked with me to help me purchase my new 2009 BMW. I doubt I would have my new car today if I had waited on the other two dealerships to contact me and work with me. The internet salesman that I had, Khoi Diep, was great! More
