I had to go to the dealership and demand this and was only given a hand-written note with Jason Youngs signature. 2. Dont ask dont tell policy. I witness other customers getting a better deal and free items like all weather mats and I didnt receive them when I brought a referral to the dealership. 3. Price. Jason Young attempted to charge me $50 more than my agreed upon monthly payment. When I went to sign my paperwork the price was still different from my signed document. 4. Sales- While Adrian is nice, he needs additional coaching and mentoring on follow-though and professionalism. No documentation, No follow up, No consistency. My buying experience with Global was so overwhelming and unsatisfying, that I wanted to take my business else where. I shopped at other BMW stores in the Atlanta area and didn't find what I was looking for. Because I didn't want the inconvenience of driving back into the Atlanta area, I searched for a BMW store closer to my home. BMW of South Atlanta wasnt the closest, but close enough than the other stores. After speaking with Leroy over the phone, I felt like family. He very was personable which made feel comfortable. After arriving at the dealership I was negotiating and meet Mr. Stephens. All I can say Leroy,Quentin you guys were a world class act again! I will be back!!!!! I really feel like they care. I was allowed to take multiple test drives - any and all questions were answered without being made to feel like I was imposing. Jessica, especially, went above and beyond the call of duty to be sure that I ended up with the right MINI for me. It meant a great deal to me that she took the time to follow-up with me after the sale just to see how things were going and how I liked my new car. The salesman said he had worked there less than a week and he had no product knowledge. He knew nothing about financing options and little about the stock available. I will be damned if I will beg someone to sell me a car. After I posted my complaint, the deaklership sent a message claiming they had no 1 week employees. I replied with my name and telephone number and still got no call. Apparently the way "cerified dealers" get good ratings on here is that for negative ratings, the dealer is allowed two weeks to respond, and the origianl review is deleted if you do not interact with the dealer's reply. I stand by my original statements that they are time wasters. Drive to the north side for Global Imports insted. More

We experienced what now is known as the fuel pump problem on our 2007 335i. After numerous visits and repair attempts, it was decided for BMW to buy our car back and offer any car to replace and make whole. on our 2007 335i.
