My entire experience with MINI of South Atlanta was off the charts unbelievably awesome. I really feel like they care. I was allowed to take multiple test drives - any and all questions were answered without being made to feel like I was imposing. Jessica, especially, went above and beyond the call of duty to be sure that I ended up with the right MINI for me. It meant a great deal to me that she took the time to follow-up with me after the sale just to see how things were going and how I liked my new car. I cannot recommend MINI of South Atlanta and motoring advisor, Jessica Heming, highly enough - this is the one and only place I would even consider for the purchase of a MINI. More
The salesman said he had worked there less than a week and he had no product knowledge. He knew nothing about financing options and little about the stock available. I thought I was on Candid Camera and was waiting for someone to jump out and yell. He said he would have someone call me. They won't even call back! What a waste of time. I will be damned if I will beg someone to sell me a car. After I posted my complaint, the deaklership sent a message claiming they had no 1 week employees. I replied with my name and telephone number and still got no call. Apparently the way "cerified dealers" get good ratings on here is that for negative ratings, the dealer is allowed two weeks to respond, and the origianl review is deleted if you do not interact with the dealer's reply. I stand by my original statements that they are time wasters. Drive to the north side for Global Imports insted. More

BMW/Mini of South Atlanta has over me the highest level of customer service. I have purchased 3 vehicles at this dealership. Each time the experience was great. We experienced what now is known as the fuel pump problem on our 2007 335i. After numerous visits and repair attempts, it was decided for BMW to buy our car back and offer any car to replace and make whole. on our 2007 335i. We excepted a 2008 528i that compares in features to our original purchase. I can say that this car has performed exceptional to the reputation of BMW! Quentin Stephens was the first person I purchased a car from 15 years ago when I moved to Atlanta, Georgia. He has never steered me wrong and has guided me in every car I've purchased. Worst customer experience I have ever had. Scheduled appointment for a recall, only to find out after I had left the dealership that the parts had not actually arrived. Loaner car was dirty and had bee appointment for a recall, only to find out after I had left the dealership that the parts had not actually arrived. Loaner car was dirty and had been smoked in. I visited this dealership on Monday October 4th, 2010 just to show my wife the 5 series BMW and we ended up leaving with one that very same night. The sale was sponteneous and quick. Mr. Thurmond was very honest, courteous and very helpful. Although, that Monday was his first day at the dealership and he wasn't too familiar with the features of the car we were looking at, he wasn't ashamed to let us know that and he wasn't ashamed to ask someone else to show us everything that we needed to know about that car. If I had to buy another BMW he would definetely be my representative. Overall, everyone I came accross was very courteous at the delearship. When I get delivery of that car it was clean, smelled fresh and the tank was full,to say the least. I was also impressed to receive a call from the sales Manager,a few hours later after I got home, thanking me for my business. Excellent service More
