I went to BMW South Atlanta not really sure what I wanted. I owned a cadillac so I was pleased with it or so I thought. Then I met Leroy Sims/salesman and the rest is history. I absolutely fell in love with the 750 LI seriously! We went for a test drive and let me tell you the braking system and the way it handled the road was totally out of this world. It was silky, smooth, soft and sassy with an attitude. Can you believe that, a car with an attitude! Stop it already! The 750 LI Absolutely Rocks! Forgot to tell you, I brought it home...................... and left the cadillac! More
Ordered an X5 in 2008 and the dealership was unable to repair the differential in Jan 2009. Trade it in and was told that they would transfer the Tire Warranty as well as the Extended Maintenance Warrant repair the differential in Jan 2009. Trade it in and was told that they would transfer the Tire Warranty as well as the Extended Maintenance Warranty. Now their standard warranty has expired and they refuse to honor warranties that I have executed copies of. They take your money and leave you hanging out to dry. They claim that they "gave my a new car" but the last time I checked when someone gives you something, I don't think that means you are responsible for paying for it. Oh, and they fixed the X5 and sold it so they definitely took advantage of me. Horrible. More
We leased our first BMW M3 on April 25th 2011, and right from the first moment we walked through the door we were greeted with kindness and everyone was absolutley great. I dealt with Bob McLoughin and his team - Jessica Heming and Amanda Harwood, salespersons. They gave us a very fair assessment and value on our trade(s). (My husband and I each bought a MINI from them within a one week period, because they were so honest with us and so helpful). They were very fair in giving us the best price, all the way to the best rate with financing, based very fairly on our credit status. (Ruth Kimble and Reggie, whose last name I will add to this post once I remember it, handled our financing). I am so thrilled with this dealership, and I have come away from our purchase experiences with complete confidence that we got the best deal, and really extraordinary service. After a lenthy drive from Bessemer, Al.,I was greeted by Amanda who was friendly and ready to help. She got a salesperson to help me, since the advisor I had talked with was busy making a delivery. That is when I met Ben Urban who was so freindly, polite and courteous and went above and beyond to make my experience at MINI different from any other. It never frustrated him that I could not make up my mind or even changed my mind again at the last minute. During my visit, I connected with most of the sales persons through the friendly smiles far and near and small talk while waiting in the lobby. I am already boasting to my friends about the great service I recieved along with the great deal I got on the purchase of my new MINI COOP! More

My Husband and I are so happy with our new MINI! This car buying experience was completely different from any other we had experienced in the past. It felt like we were going to visit new friends instead of buying experience was completely different from any other we had experienced in the past. It felt like we were going to visit new friends instead of purchasing a vehicle. They met all of our accommodations and made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle since we drove six hours to get to their dealership for the car we bought! On short notice, they were able to make sure the windows of our new MINI Cooper S were tinted and they helped us out with extra accessories. We also traded in a vehicle with them. We were warned by friends that when they traded in their vehicles to purchase new ones that dealerships can try to haggle you out of less money for your trade in. South Atlanta MINI did no such thing. They gave us exactly what our car was worth, if not more! It was such a pleasure working with Ben, Amanda, and Reggie! We will be purchasing from them again, and we highly recommend them! More

Inconsistent Customer Service! Very Unprofessional! Be sure to get everything in writing if you buy a car here!!! 1. No documentation with my name, date and the agreeded upon price. I had to go to the dealership and demand this and was only given a hand-written note with Jason Youngs signature. 2. Dont ask dont tell policy. I witness other customers getting a better deal and free items like all weather mats and I didnt receive them when I brought a referral to the dealership. 3. Price. Jason Young attempted to charge me $50 more than my agreed upon monthly payment. When I went to sign my paperwork the price was still different from my signed document. 4. Sales- While Adrian is nice, he needs additional coaching and mentoring on follow-though and professionalism. No documentation, No follow up, No consistency.
