My 2007 Mini Cooper S has been a dream and even when I was having an issue, I brought the car in and Brian Barrett in Service was nothing short of fantastic. In an economy like this, with prices and rates being crazy, it's really refreshing to know there are great people out there that are willing to make the car buying experience phenomenal and super easy. Absolutely great experience. I went in with the idea of what I wanted and found an extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff that had what I needed. My experience with another Mini dealer was less impressive, but Mini of South Atlanta blew me away. Jessica is a Mini owner and you could tell that she adores the cars that she sells. Mrs. Ruth was straight-forward and kind in explaining the finance terms to me for questions that she had probably heard a million times. I would recommend the dealer again in the future for sure! Wow! They were friendly, but that doesn't make up for the fact they tried to steal $11K from me. For instance: they wanted $273 to replace a $4 dollar part. They recommended many things that I know I did not need, or could easily do myself for a fraction of the cost. Of course, the issue I brought it in for "could not be serviced", so they recommended a new part at $7743. I fixed it myself for $55. It cost me a few hours of my time, which I was trying to save by taking it to them, but I'd rather keep my 11K. For their lies they charged me $150, which was absolutely wasted. This was the 2nd time I had a bad experience at this Mini service center. I remembered why I left... More
I'm really pleased with my purchase at Mini of South Atlanta. I tried other Mini dealerships in person as well as over the phone but none did help me with what I needed as Amy and Amanda did. I must say this one is the best ever. They follow through on everything, they do everything you expect them to do, and they do it with a focus on customer satisfaction that is second to no one. These are VERY good people, interested in providing excellence throughout the entire selling experience. Truly a collaborative process with a genuine feeling of cooperation between the buyer and the seller. That's rare from a car dealership. I went to BMW South Atlanta not really sure what I wanted. I owned a cadillac so I was pleased with it or so I thought. Then I met Leroy Sims/salesman and the rest is history. I absolutely fell in love with the 750 LI seriously! We went for a test drive and let me tell you the braking system and the way it handled the road was totally out of this world. It was silky, smooth, soft and sassy with an attitude. Can you believe that, a car with an attitude! Stop it already! The 750 LI Absolutely Rocks! Forgot to tell you, I brought it home...................... and left the cadillac! More
Ordered an X5 in 2008 and the dealership was unable to repair the differential in Jan 2009. Trade it in and was told that they would transfer the Tire Warranty as well as the Extended Maintenance Warrant repair the differential in Jan 2009. Trade it in and was told that they would transfer the Tire Warranty as well as the Extended Maintenance Warranty. Now their standard warranty has expired and they refuse to honor warranties that I have executed copies of. They take your money and leave you hanging out to dry. They claim that they "gave my a new car" but the last time I checked when someone gives you something, I don't think that means you are responsible for paying for it. Oh, and they fixed the X5 and sold it so they definitely took advantage of me. Horrible. More
